Our Warranty Promise

Every genuine Figaroo product is backed by our 90-Day Limited Warranty. Figaroo warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal household use for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Figaroo may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or provide another appropriate remedy as permitted by applicable law.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Functional issues caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• Products purchased new from Figaroo or an authorized retailer.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts, including valves, membranes, tubing, breast shields, bottles, storage bags, or other accessories.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper cleaning, improper sterilization, or failure to follow the user manual.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
• Damage caused by use with non-Figaroo accessories or replacement parts.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• Products with altered, removed, or unreadable identification labels or serial numbers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Figaroo product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team with:

• Proof of purchase
• Product model
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the product, if requested

Register Your Warranty

We encourage you to register your Figaroo product after purchase. Warranty registration helps us provide faster support and allows us to contact you regarding important product updates when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figaroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Figaroo's total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

Some states do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
